Cancellation Policy

ALL styles require a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit, that will be deducted from your balance. If you choose a manual option (Zelle/Apple Pay) deposit is required within 1 hr of booking otherwise the appointment will be canceled. Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, unfortunately your deposit WILL NOT be refunded unless I am the cause for cancellation. $10 late fee will be applied after 10 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled after 15 mins late. NO SHOWS will not be allowed to book with me again, I ask that you PLEASE be considerate of my time, a simple call means a lot.
